- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (80g) mini chocolate eggs
- 1/2 cup (60g) mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp pastel-colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and sugar together.
- Whisk in the eggs until well combined.
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate eggs and marshmallows.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool, then top with pastel sprinkles.
- Cut into squares or fun Easter shapes for serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overbake the brownies—moist crumbs should stick to a toothpick for the perfect texture.
