Lamb Marinade Recipe: Tender & Flavorful Every Time

This lamb marinade enhances the natural flavor of the meat, making it tender, juicy, and packed with bold spices.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add honey if desired.
  2. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Place the lamb in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb and massage it in to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Cook the lamb according to your preferred method (grill, roast, or pan-sear).

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight. Use fresh rosemary for a more aromatic flavor.
