- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add honey if desired.
- Mix the ingredients until smooth.
- Place the lamb in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb and massage it in to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Cook the lamb according to your preferred method (grill, roast, or pan-sear).
Notes
For best results, marinate overnight. Use fresh rosemary for a more aromatic flavor.
