- Heavy Cream
- Cheese (Gruyère, Cheddar, or Parmesan)
- Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley)
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, slicing them thinly (about 1/8-inch thick).
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm and infused, then remove from heat.
- Grease individual baking dishes and layer the sliced potatoes. Pour the herb-infused cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Top with cheese (Gruyère, Cheddar, or a mix) and optionally Parmesan for extra flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Notes
Ensure the potatoes are thinly sliced for even cooking. You can customize the cheese and herbs to your liking.
