- ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds
- ½ cup vegan cheddar cheese (or regular cheddar), cubed
- ½ cup vegan mayo (or regular mayo)
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Dice the onion, apple, and sun-dried tomatoes.
